Outback and Carrabba's Express

Ordered online and it said 30min before pick up 15min later I get a message my food is ready. It then took 15min to cash out. I spent $70 tonight on 4 dishes I was disappointed in all 4 . They put the sandwich together so the bun was soggy. The meat ball sub was dry and hard with no sauce. Shrimp was over cooked . Wings so very very small. Wasn't worth the price at all. We will not use the express ever again.

Fawn is the best! She went above and beyond helping me out with an issue I had. She totally resolved it plus more and her customer service was amazing. I wish all restaurants had service like this

Was very pleased with the service and delicious food. I had the meatballs and hubby had the lasagna. The small loaf of bread was warm and yummy. Our waitress was very busy but nice and very prompt. We will certainly return.

They are soooooo busy all the time!! Yet they are still super friendly and patient. My food is always great! I love this place.

UPDATE: so i left a review a year ago and decided to give to give them another try needless to say zeros across the board. I ordered the chicken marsala with the pasta Italiano, the chicken breasts was grilled on a flat grill like Outback grills their steaks and not wood-fire grilled like what you get at Carrabba's restaurant , the marsala sauce was oily and the pasta Italiano came with spaghetti instead of linguine, it did not have any basil or garlic in it like what you get at a normal Carrabba's restaurant, absolutely no consistency with what you would get if you went to a Carrabba's I think the problem is they tried to combine both restaurants and they're using Outback methods to make Carrabba's product and well it just doesn't taste the same, However they charge the same price that they do at a Carrabba's restaurant but give you lower quality food because of the cooking methods, I've learned my lesson this time and will not be back. Horrible experience, I ordered chicken marsala came home and found out that I had outback bread instead of carrabba's bread, called backup and spoke with the so called manager Luke and his response to me wa" OK thanks you have a good night. "This place does not care about customer service once they get your money they got you...double check your order before you bring it home you will not be satisfied if don't.

1st and last time. Worst lasagna ever. Pasta was over cooked. It was obvious that they threw it in a microwave

Had a great takeout experience at the Outback Express this evening. I called ahead and placed my order for pickup at 6:30 and everything was ready as ordered at 6:30. Gentleman, (Eric?) that took my order over the phone was very kind and helpful. Crushed a burger craving that I had and looking forward to returning again in the future and trying a Carrabas dish. Thanks!
