The worst service, the employees making fun of each other about how people are dressed, it is an embarrassment so many people working and terrible service
DD at this location has plummeted: the service the most but also the product’s. Last weekend I ordered two iced coffees and a chocolate milk with doughnuts, for three people. They sealed chocolate milk was spoiled, three milk in both codes was spoiled - according to three separate people. The doughnuts were great but it’s hard to get spoiled milk taste out of your mouth. I’d recommend paying a little in wages to get a better worker that doesn’t appear to have just been released from prison…imho.

This Dunkin is the best. Food is always fresh and always get the order right. The service is so friendly and they are always so helpful and care that the customer is happy. Atmosphere is clean. Coffee is great, munchkins great, and sandwiches are awesome. Will continue coming to this location.
****BEWARE OF HAVING YOUR PHONE SCANNED AT THE DRIVE THROUGH. TODAY THE CLERK ACTUALLY PHYSICALLY PUT THE SCANNER ON MY PHONE SCREEN, THEN DRAGGED THE LIGHT SCANNER ACROSS MY PHONE SCREEN AND SCRATCHED IT THEN DENIED IT. THERE IS NO REASON FOR THE SCANNER TO ACTUALLY TOUCH ANYONES PHONE WHEN PAYING USING A DIGITAL METHOD, APPLE PAY OR DUNKIN APP. THEY DAMAGE DEVICES THEN THEIR FIRST REACTION TO LIE ABOUT IT. AND OF COURSE NO MANAGER IS ON SITE TO ASSIST. TYPICAL HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My daughter ordered through the app a coffee and donut and showed up 10 minutes later at 8:40pm and they said they could not give her the coffee or donut because they "didn't have anything"? Really? They closed at 9pm and I understand if they are cleaning or want to start shutting down, but then they need to set their hours correctly and if it is because they are "out of everything" then they need to turn off app orders. The girl told her she couldn't give her money back or refund her on the app and to come back tomorrow and talk to her manager, she might be able to do something. So they could ha e acted right and done right by the customer, my daughter, but because they didn't they will be dealing with mama bear tomorrow. Sorry, not sorry.
