An underground ramen place and a hidden gem for Denver. We tried chicken ramen, shoyu ramen and tonkotsu ramen. All of them were very high quality and complex in flavor. Noodles were cooked to the right firmness, and each of the broth were crafted to perfection and well-rounded. Would come here again if we lived nearby.
Hip-hop, hole-in-the-wall vibes with high-end service, presentation, and taste. Should be in the Michelin Guide
The staff was very kind and the food is amazing! I had the green chili and chorizo ramen for the first time and it was outstanding! The spam musubi is way better than you would think and I recommend people try it.
Great atmosphere and great food. Caitlyn the GM was a huge help and made sure our dinner came out smoothly. Would 100% come back when im in the denver area!
As an Asian, this spot was a disappointment. Not authentic tasting at all, poor service. And our pork gyozas came out frozen still. We thought then it would be ok, but when our ramen came out the noodles weren’t fully cooked
