Dear Orchard Valley why are you not better, after all of the poor reviews. You have the opportunity to make some serious money and provide a unique cafe for Campbell with amazing experiences for the customers. I envision you serving quality craft coffee, pastries and some protein. Add to your income and brand by leveraging local vendors who need a place to host workshops like succulent events and wine tasting, a little music, etc. You would have people flocking to your location in no time flat. What ever you decide to do, do your absolute best, wow the community with great service, quality food and beverage, and stand apart from the rest. It’s time for a change….
Easily the best cafe in Campbell. Everyone is always very respectful with seating, the service is quick and always extremely friendly. Can't reccomend enough
I really wanted to like this place but was so grossed out. I came in for a very late lunch and ordered a coffee and some food. Now I’m pretty lax but while waiting for my food I witnessed a younger employee take their lunch break, lick their fingers clean and then immediatly go back behind the counter. No hand washing nothing. They immediatly started taking orders, great service but proceeded to touch a plate with their unwashed hands and multiple food items. My food then popped up on the counter. I picked it up but slightly wary of eating it. I asked for ketchup and watched them literally stick their entire nose into the espresso cup. Not sure what they were smelling but it was maybe an inch from the liquid. I’m now completely grossed out but still hungry. Do I eat the food or walk away? Nope they just scratched their nose, scratched their hair and then touched a pastry. Absolutely disgusting. Also my food was not cooked or even warm. Needless to say, I did not eat it.
A lovely cafe to sit in, hang out with friends, sit and read a book or work. Open feeling with plenty of chairs and tables. The coffee is great and some of the pastries are my favorites in the bay area :) Wish parking was easier. Tried the apricot strudel and it was delicious.
Really wish this place was better. It’s in a great location, has plenty of space to be more than it is, and has a community around it that could afford better. The closest thing to the dingy coffee house at my college, but without the energy. Food is not special. Coffee is not special. Inside feels dingy like they need to do more than wipe things down.
