A great find tucked away in a shopping center. Great food and service. Enjoyed the terrace seating.
A little loud, a little slow on the service, but the food was delicious and exceeded my expectations
A more "Italian" Italian place, if that makes any sense 🤣 The only thing I didn't like about this place was the lighting! A little dim where we were sitting but everything was wonderful! Wine bottles are 1/2 price every Tuesday! Got the clams with lemon + herb butter as an appetizer. So delicious! I could have just eaten the butter by itself because it was so delicious! My husband got the Spicy Vodka pasta and I also got the Fruitti de Mare. Very very delicious. The wine selection is excellent! Got one oyster a la cart!
2nd time at Oliver's. Food is good. Portion size is underwhelming for the price. Salads and pasta portion. Ordered Arnold palmer and for some reason our waiter would only refill with iced tea. It seems they are still trying to figure out what they want to be as a restraunt.
2nd time at Oliver’s and same as the 1st the food is out of this world. So delicious and some very unique choices that you don’t find at other Italian restaurants and the cocktails are so bad either ;-)
A new neighborhood restaurant is always welcome in the DTC area where most establishments are empty after the lunch hour and struggle to survive. Oliver's is a more upscale replacement for a Tokyo Joes so we were eager to try. My spicy Vodka pasta was tasty if not a bit overpriced. Our server was attentive but seemed overly eager to sell the Oyster bar in which we had no interest which we told them numerous times. Tone down the hard sell and maybe we'll be back.
A gem -- excellent excellent Italian food. Only open for about a month or so, but please don't change a thing. We've sampled many of the mains and apps, and all excellent.
A great new place & quite the scene. Glad we had a reservation with Open Table! Loved the melon & prosciutto -- the wasabi flavoring is perfect. Great Italian sausage in the vodka sauce rigatoni ; the spaghetti was super filling even though there's no meat in the dish. A nice looking place, although the outside area is a little dark. We'll be back!
A great new addition to the Greenwood Village dining scene. The food was some of the best Italian food we've had in Denver in quite a while and is reasonably priced. We'll definitely be back. The cocktails were creative and perfectly balanced (they also have a good wine list but we didn't have any this time), the calamari appetizer was excellent and perfectly cooked (no rubbery calamari here!). Our chopped salad was very fresh and had a great selection of flavorful meats. For our pasta dishes we had the spicy vodka pasta with sausage and the cacio e pepe. Both were perfectly cooked and the sauce on the vodka pasta was excellent, super flavorful and spicy without being over spicy and hot. We finished up with the blood orange olive oil cake which I'd also highly recommend. The overall ambiance was understated and simple, but it was very relaxing and works well.
