It was my first experience at the food chain Olive Garden. We ordered Meatballs Parmigiana. The also serve the unlimited salad, which is lettuce with a mix of red cabbage, olives and hot peppers. The meatballs were extremely watery and we were cutting them. Overall taste was good. My husband ordered Tour of Italy, the lasagna was excellent, the fettuccine alfredo was very pasty and the chicken parmesan was alright. I ordered the meat sauce spaghetti, it was so watery as if the water from the frozen meat sauce had stayed in the plate. I complained to the waitress (Tara) and she said well it’s the water from the pasta… i could probably had filled 1/3 of a cup. She never brought the breadsticks so we asked her and she said yes sorry, my hands were full, which wasnt true since she kept going to see other tables and checking in on them. The restaurant needs a serious modernization.
The place is OK, but like all Olive Garden's, it needs a refresh. Furnishings are old. Server was pleasant, and pasta was served hot.
