Old Chicago Pizza + Taproom

It appears to be time for this particular OC to close. Poor service and poor quality of food. If they were busy I would understand but there were 3 tables seated. Won’t return

I often overlook Old Chicago as a legitimate place for good pizza. I happened to stop in with a friend for lunch and really enjoyed the food. Since then I've gone back more than once for Happy Hour (both afternoon and late night). The HH deals and options are great!

If you’re looking for food poisoning and terrible service, this is the place for you. Literally the worst restaurant experience our family has had in YEARS.

I genuinely believe that corporate needs to help here. Obviously I don’t know details but I can see that the wait staff are trying and the food is good. I think it’s possibly the owner isn’t paying enough to get enough staff in to help with the cooking and waiting but obviously I’m just a patron and I don’t know everything, it’s just an observation. What I did notice is that corporate is responding to reviews and while we were there 2 tables left before being served. We waited 45 minutes to get our appetizer and side salad. The food was good and our waitress was nice. If something doesn’t change I don’t see this location lasting long.

Ordered food to go. Took forever while waiting to order food. Had to go to bar to order because hostess disappeared on us. Then waited over 30 minutes and we go back to bar to have them check on our order because hostess disappears again!! Absolutely ridiculous at how many times we were passed up by employees like we were not even standing there. We waited an hour, our order was wrong. After waiting for them to fix everything And we finally got home with our food, all of it was cold. We will not return to this location again.
