Kid-friendliness: I LOVE this place! My family goes every couple weeks. We get amazing service everytime we go. The manager and wait staff truly the best. The ambiance is great. The food is exceptional, and prices reasonable. The salmon is buttery and the rolls so yummy.

Mixed feelings about the sushi restaurant. Plus is the amazing amount of fish they give you for the sushi and a very reasonable price. The quality of the fish was good not great. BUT the rice was unseasoned no rice vinegar no hint of sugar. The sushi rice was just sticky rice which really brought down the quality. So basically a good sushi restaurant if you are looking for quantity not quality.

The food was awesome! The happy hour seems to be a little different from the past reviews. They do have sake but one get one free. It was warm inside when I was there, idk if the AC was just running low at that time. Service was awesome.

A good local spot for sushi and rolls. Not the best I've had but still good. The hot sake and pitchers of Sapporo are a great deal when dining there. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating available to fit your mood. I recommend trying this place out in Pasadena. Instead of SushiStop, go to Oji Sushi.
