Nice neighborhood spot, everything was good but surprisingly we liked the apps (fava bean frites and pork belly) and dessert more than the pastas and the main dish (trout). 2-3 small plates per person and we were stuffed. A bit pricey so wouldn’t go all the time
I love this restaurant. I just had the testing and thoroughly enjoyed it. The setting is beautiful, sophisticated and comfortable. Highly recommended.
I had higher expectations from this place. Got the pork chop that was undercooked and bloody. Really hoping I don’t get food poisoning. The appetizers were decent and pasta was good.
Given the high reviews, we had high expectations of the testing menu. Don't bother. We spent $240 tip excluded, and got less food than if we had just ordered a la carte. They didn't even bother to serve you on separate plates, you have to serve yourself. Notable dishes were the roasted vegetables served at room temperature paired with a few rotten leaves, followed by a salad with more rotten leaves. I would have mentioned these things to the server, but they never bothered to ask how those dishes or the meal was. Rockfish was excellent, and the fried pork is hard to mess up. Tortellini was outstanding. Desserts were fantastic. We should have ordered those by themselves
We had the tasting menu and the food was marvelous. Service was extraordinary.
