What a great restaurant to spend our Valentines dinner. Actually what a great restaurant to spend any dinner. Every time we dine at Ocean Prime we enjoy it more and more. They treat us like family and VIP’s and always take wonderful care of us. Our dinner was flavorable (Steak and lobster tail), the Chef always gets it right. Our waiter Luis was amazing, he really helped me pick out the right salad dressing when I was undecided. Luke the upper level bartender is a delight to watch, such a pro! The management team is unlike any I have ever experienced, Travis, Chris, Austin could write the book on how to make patrons and staff feel important and how to run a restaurant! When we were leaving my husband told Travis that he managed a staff for a large Corporation for 20+ years and he had never seen 100% hustle that his staff has. No matter how busy Travis, the General Manager, is , he always stops by our table to thank us for dining with him and his staff. I will always be a loyal patron at Ocean Prime! Shelley and Tim

Everything was amazing! The seabass is incredible!

I was pretty excited to eat there last week, but was disappointed on two of the six meals we had. First I ordered the twin lobster tail. One tail was cooked perfectly but the other was mushy (texture of mashed potatoes), meaning the lobster died prior to either being flash frozen or cooked. I thought I might get sick from it. Secondly we ordered a 4 oz Wagu Steak. Very disappointing as it cost $100 and was the size of my thumb. It was hilarious, this tiny piece of meat on a large plate, by itself. At least they should garnish the Wagu with something else on the plate, or recommend at least an 8oz serving. The wine and desert were very good.

My birthday was yesterday and we came here for dinner. However, the service was very slow and we had to keep trying to get our server's attention! The food was excellent, but the service not so much!
