Ice cream and shakes we tried were good, very comparable to the local Guernsey in Novi. Strawberry fruits on the ice cream could have been more fresh. Atmosphere was nice with chess boards, etc.

Wish i can give 0 stars for service. Server is very rude and not being considerate towards customers. Milk quality is bad, probably stale!! Troy branch is much better in all aspects. Never gonna come back to this location!!

Recently, this seems to be the only branch that still serves Lava Cake Ice Cream which is hands down the best sundae in town. It doesn't make any sense why the other branches discontinued it. 10/10 for the lava cake.

Staff are always very friendly and their Egg nog is the best in the Tri-County area. Be sure to do your part in recycling the glass bottle and you'll get $2.00 off your next bottle.
