Nothing Bundt Cakes

I had to place an last minute order and I called them just before closing for Bunditnis and I will be there by a couple of minutes late. I was told it's ok if I can be there by 8:05 PM. Upon arrival the staff just seem to be scared and went to hide quickly. I understand the safety concerns in the current world but they could have just mentioned that they can't process the order on the phone to save each others time.

Went to pick up my birthday bundt cake today and the staff was so nice she gave me two because I couldn't decide which one to try. Thank you!! You made my day and made ME feel SO SPECIAL!!

Kid-friendliness: They offer an Amazing kids reading program challenge and really celebrate the kiddos accomplishments. It was heartwarming and sweet...not just the bundt cake.

My mom got me a small Bundt (I don’t remember the name of the size but it’s basically a single person size - maybe 2 people size) on the Saturday before my birthday. We don’t live close by, not only to this location, but to any Nothing Bundt Cake locations, so she wanted to make sure I had a delicious birthday cake to take home with us when we left. By Wednesday (the day of my birthday) the cake had been patiently waiting in my fridge to be eaten all that time, and it was still just as moist and delicious as if I were a fresh cake! My husband and I loved it! We got the red velvet flavor and were incredibly pleased to find it not dried out at all when we finally ate it.

Don’t use their delivery services they will cancel the order and not notify you. I bought a cake for my wife’s birthday delivery said 2-4pm same day and an hour later I had to call to check up on it and all they said it got cancelled by the 3rd party delivery company. They gave me no notification about it and not even tried to explain why it got cancelled. Dont get anything for delivery they’ll cancel your order without a notice. And to charge you $20 for delivery not worth the headache

I took my Aunt here because it was her birthday. We had the worst customer service at Denny’s. So we went to Nothing Bundt Cakes because she had coupons for her bday and B1G1. We got there and noticed she didn’t receive her bday coupon. Her B1G1 had expired within 2 days of getting it in her email. Letty took care of my Aunt. It was her 73rd bday. Letty said she would take care of her and she she did! She honored her birthday coupon and the B1G1 bundles. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate her kindness. We left feeling so good and made my Aunt’s day. Thank you, Letty! You’re the best!

I picked up the new pop-up flavor, Churro Dulce de Leche. OMG it was ridiculously GOOD! Run, don’t walk to try this new flavor. It will not disappoint. I hope they will keep this one on the regular menu! YUM!!!!

The chocolate peanut butter is the best ever!!

I purchased a 10inch birthday cake online yesterday morning for my son's birthday for the Carmel Mountain location. At about 1:00pm I received a email that stated my order was cancelled due to technical difficulties from this location. That for one sounded like a internal problem. I called the location for further explanation. I was first told they couldn't locate my order by the order number, or by my name. I explained the funds were taken out of my account and a acknowledgement receipt was provided. They said it was not in their system. The associate got a manager after I requested a more knowledgeable person so I thought. Manager was of no help, Just stated you will receive your money back in 24 hours. My bank stated 7-10 days depends on when the merchant releases the hold. SMH. Manager proceeds to offer me some mini's to replace the issue. I accepted that as I had no other options at this point. Nothing Bundt Cakes is not exactly cheap!. I went to pick them up. The associate placed them in a bag of which I thought was too small and I was right. Got home and the bundlets where all on top of each other. What a terrible experience. I have been going there for many years and have two more children's with birthday's over the next 2 months. I was hoping this was going to be a nice change. I was so so wrong. Never again. Signed, VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED! PS. Word of mouth is the best vice for a unsatisfactory experience ;)
