Nothing Bundt Cakes

My family and I have been ordering cakes from here for years and they never disappoint. They have a good assortment of flavors and options for different occasions. The cakes are always moist and delicious and best of all fresh. They are always ready on time and can even be ordered the day before. If you aren’t a baker or just don’t have time to bake and decorate a cake this is a great alternative. The location is also convenient for me. Just add ice cream. :)

CERO recomendable ! No pierdas tu tiempo y dinero ! Totalmente decepcionante mi primer y ÚNICA visita al lugar de los pasteles / roscas caros ! Son tan vacíos e intrascendentes , como el centro de sus roscas . Llegue al lugar 10mins (19:50hs del 2703024) antes de cerrar , traía la misión de comprar una rosca para el cumpleaños de mi hija . Llegamos juntos una dama y yo , le abrí la puerta , pasó un segundo antes que yo …compró su caro pastel / rosca y se fue . Cuando me toca mi Turno , solicito un pastel que tenían en stock en la vitrina , el tipo de la caja , se va a la Parte de atrás , regresa y me dice que “NO puede venderme!” …le pregunto porque ??? Y el -inepto- me dice que “como faltan 5 mis para cerrar , -por políticas internas- no puede venderme lo que solicité ! La natural misión de un negocio es VENDER y atender lo mejor posible a sus clientes …. Este establecimiento “será negocio” pero tiene CERO empatía con el cliente ! Cero atención al cliente Caro Personal inepto con una actitud discriminatoria ! Triste Lamentable Y muy molesto ! Mi hija se quedó SIN pastel caro , y ese negocio se quedó sin UN cliente ! “El que pierde un cliente , NO merece tener más!” Parking: Lo único bueno del lugar !

Every time I come in the specific location there’s always an issue. We placed an online order and it was never picked up but somehow this location marked it as picked up. When we came in today Star and Elizabeth told us the order was marked as picked up and that there was nothing we can do about it. We asked for a manager and was told there is no manager in. They didn’t offer to say hey I can reach out to the manager and leave your information and she can get back to you. They basically told us we are out of our money. I don’t know who’s going to drive across town to lie about a $12 order. I hate this location the employees are always rude and never offer any help to any issues because they lack customer service. I’m just Going to start driving back to Pflugervile and patron with that location. Customer service is always top tier. Stop hiring people who have no type of customer service. These ladies always have attitudes and should not be working with the general public. Don’t shop the location drive to a different one

Worse customer service ever if I could give a negative rating I would. The store manager Sarah was extremely rude to me when I was trying to pick up my order and not patient with me either. I will make sure to never visit you guys ever again!!

I placed an order online for next day pickup. When I arrived to the store, I was in a rush and didn't pay attention to the assortment pack that was handed to me. When I got home, I realized that I had picked up the wrong assortment buntlets. The flavors were not going to work for the party I was attending! I called the store and the lady was super understanding! I was able to return to the store to pickup the correct assortment immediately. Bravo to your store and your team for yalls overall professionalism, tact and calmness!
