The owner not only tells you the specials but brings the dishes over to show you how good it looks. Lovely wine selection, A perfect place to meet a friend and have a long unhurried catch up. The spot is a neighborhood treasure

My favorite restaurant in Noe. Miguel and his wife are the best and the reason we come here. Highly recommend.

I haven't been to Noeteca in a while and I just had the most reasonably priced and delicious lunch. The owner described the Feijoada (and with an egg option!) and I went with it. Yes, with the egg option. So good. Definitely wander off 24th Street and visit Noeteca.
