Noah's NY Bagels

First time here lady yelled at me for not knowing how to order a bagel looked at me stupid and asked if I wanted my bagel in the microwave instead yall play to much I’ll take my business elsewhere . 15minutes for my bagel to be ready .

I have never written a restaurant review in my life but this was just appalling. Manager refused to let me use the restroom after I had spent over $200 last 3 days working in the area. She said it’s been cleaned for the day and they would be closing soon. There was almost an hour/half left per their hours posted. They had already moved the equipment and were cleaning as though they had closed for the day already. She had an attitude about it didn’t even bother say anything about it. I didn’t even know she was the manager until I asked who the manager was and the cashier pointed at her. I was shocked. Hire people who care! Makes the difference between a good business and a striving one.

Sorry I have to give 2 stars since they always don’t have jalapeño and I ordered ahead and nothing is ready. I paid for Jalapeño and I get other alternative bagel. Lines are busy on weekend and you have to wait.
