Ninja Sushi

Every time we go in the staff is always so friendly and we never have a long wait. They have anything you could want on the menu, and we have never had a order be incorrect. We recently ordered a lot of food to go and we're rather impressed absolutely everything was correct. That's rare these days. Parking: Plenty of parking with no issues. Kid-friendliness: We have dined with and without our kids. They have always been very accommodating.

What a horrible all around dining experience! A group of 10 of us went for lunch. I ordered the 3 item lunch box and hot tea. I didn't eat 2 of the 3 items. The seasteak was not sushi grade and looked old. The bbq albacore was meh, way too heavily sauced and the tempura wasn't cooked. A short while later, we hear the owner yelling at our server. It was highly unprofessional the way he talked to her, let alone in front of customers. She walked out, I'm assuming she quit (atta girl, that guy is a tool!). It was so uncomfortable. Not only that, he continued to talk bad at our table afterwards. I will never eat here again. The food was terrible and the owner treats his staff poorly. Wish I could give less than 1 star.

Id love to give a better review as I do truly love frequenting this spot, but I came in at lunchtime, stood in the lobby waiting to be greeted/seated and after being absolutely IGNORED for ten minutes, I left and ordered wedashii. If there is some explanation for this is was not aware of, I'll gladly remove this listing, as again, Ninja sushi is a favorite of mine.

Delicious food! Great sushi! HUGE MENU! I'd recommend coming in even if sushi isn't what your coming in for!

The baked snapper was delicious, but I'd order it to go if I were you...

I went there tonight the service was bad only one waitress. It took her almost 20 minutes to get me a fork after I asked her after I got my foo, can I get a fork. I ended up eating my roll with my fingers. The sushi roll had a foul odor to it. It was the rice it was probably old. The place wasn't clean at all There were napkins under some of the tables and chopsticks. I noticed people's food sitting out and not being served. They need to hire more servers. It took us almost 20 minutes to get a check. We could have literally walked out without paying but we didn't do that. We waited and we asked a few times and got the check. The people behind us were commenting on how long It took to get the check.

I recommend Ninja Sushi. The food was good and the service was great! The moon rolls was my favorite sushi roll. The server was very quick with everything! I will definitely visit again in the future.

I really wanted to like this place. Having 5 different rolls, I was expecting to have a wow of different flavors and textures. Wow, was I wrong. Me and friend was looking at each other and wondering if we got the same 4 rolls? Because they all tasted the same with no distinctive taste at all. I'm really disappointed, especially with the price. The only reason for 3 star was for the awesome BBQ albacore and miso soup.
