Creamsicle ice cream with a whole pint of craft beer? YES please. This place is amazing. The inside is colorful but also pastel. They sell delicious pies and savory waffle dogs because you can't eat ice cream on an empty stomach. But mostly importantly they provide craft ice cream cocktails. I decided on the black velvet because whiskey, stout, and chocolate sounded like a reasonable combo, and the toasted marshmallow fluff was just icing on top of the ice cream.

Love this ice cream shop and its late hours! I highly recommend the whiskey butterscotch or lavender honeycomb. Vegetarian options: It’s ice cream, so vegetarian-friendly, but might have trouble finding vegan options, Parking: You might not get a spot directly in front of the establishment, but if you’re willing to walk a block, you can find parking at the new lot under the highway (or steal a spot at Chevy’s, if desperate). Kid-friendliness: Not Baskin Robbin’s, so take note that the flavors are “weird” & “expensive”, but it’s an ice cream shop so of course it’s kid friendly! Wheelchair accessibility: THIS IS COOL: No stairs and a wide open double door entry system for smooth access inside. Very limited seating (3 small tables along a far wall and a wine bar in the back corner), but the way it’s laid out would definitely allow room for a wheelchair at each table.

One of the best ice creams I have ever had in my life! I am very picky when it comes to ice cream and only eat them when it really strikes a balance.. I usually don't go for the typical flavors that are commonly available so Nimble and Finn just took me to another place (mentally) when I tasted their flavors! So many great options and generous quantities so had to take my time to decide but also immediately knew which would make my heart happy. I tried the crème Brûlée, white chocolate with raspberry and lavender honeycomb and I settled with the Lavendar Honeycomb and it was the right decision. Super yummy! I added honeycomb candy and almond nuts to it and was very fulfilling. The service was quick and it's got a fun fun ambiance of cozy chairs and lot of seating areas :) Vegetarian options: lots of veg options Kid-friendliness: great options for kids

Was visiting Santa Rosa and was looking for a GOOD ice cream to satisfy. WOW! Small batch and delicious. Nice selections of worthy flavor staples and creative flavor combinations. Tough choice to make and was glad I could taste. Toppings contain staples and complimentary first class choices like honeycomb and cornflake crunchies. Make sure to check out case of pints, ice cream sandwiches and ice cream tacos the latter two with homemade casings. Kind and knowledgeable staff. Snack food choices look interesting. I must come back for a homemade waffle dog (corn dog) but other grilled cheese options sound great too.
