Food is ok , hotpot flavor is ok. Not my favorite . Service is good.
You have to really pay attention in this place because you can easily go over your intended amount. The broth is quite good but i only have an issue with all the labeling/colors of the containers. Im capable of understanding the whole label and what price for each container is you pull out from the fridge. Though if you’re not in the right mindset.. you’re getting a fun surprise after seeing the bill. But if you’re rich none of this matters i suppose. Oh and if you need a napkin… its inside your table (drawer)
The GIRL SERVER WAS VERY RUDE. I told her it was my first time being there and if she could please explain it. She was just rushing and there's no other customers around, I don't know why she's rushing for. Just when we get there in February 14 she was already angry and I was glad to wait 12pm and she didn't give us good service. The guy server gave us good service. The girl should be fired and find another job. Overall food is fine.
Seen this place on IG and decided to check it out. I loved it! I’ve been to other hot pot places, but I like the fact that I can choose what I want in the form of skewers and as much or little as I want. I tried the cilantro beef, pepper beef and spicy pork belly along with the cabbage, and sweet corn on the cob.
Went there for lunch and ordered the tallow beef broth which was somewhat spicy. The waitress asked what level of spicy and I said “mild.” I eat raw bird chili with my soups sometimes so I’d like to think my tolerance for spice is high, but that broth was so spicy I couldn’t enjoy it at all and it ruined the whole dining experience. I voiced my concerns to the waitress and she just added hot water to dilute it. Did absolutely nothing. The service was horrible. They don’t check on you and are a bit rude and not concerned about you enjoying your dine in experience. Anyway would not recommend.
