Excellent food, atmosphere and the best service ever !! Perfect experience

$5 for a plain, dry, empty croissant - absolutely not.

They complimented my shirt and were all super nice

In San Diego county there are bakeries, and then there's Bread & Cie. Others are good, but this place is in a class by itself. Butter-flaky croissants, melt-in-your-mouth quiche, crusty baguettes, and a wide range of sweet and savory homemade breads that deeply satisfy the senses. The pastries, cakes, breakfast items, sandwiches and beverages are all outstanding. This place feels like family and you're part of it when you're here Parking: The parking is free for guests of B&C but can be very difficult to find a space in their small lot that they share with Peet's Coffee and Luna Grill. It's hit or miss.

Fun bistro but we always go for the amazing fresh bread.

The bread alone is so fresh and perfect. The food is also amazing for the price. Vegetarian options: Vegan chili was the best I think I have ever had.
