My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time learning to make different types of pastas from scratch! Nico and his staff were super friendly , informative, and helpful! Got in some nice chats along with some delicious food!! Can’t wait to take part in another workshop!! ☺️
It was the best Sicilian food outside of sicily that I ever had after touring the whole Sicilian Island last year. The gnocchi was the main signature dish and it was out of this world.
The food is OUTSTANDING and the owner Giuseppe is a trip! The food of a 5 star restaurant with the comforts of home. Everything is homemade and served with love. A perfect neighborhood restaurant. We can’t wait to go back!
The gnocchi is to die for....
This one is definitely a mixed bag. High hopes…maybe too high. Food was generally very good. Expectations based on dishes in other restaurants (and Italy) resulted in some disappointment, but overall good. Started a little weird when we showed up behind some one that worked there minutes before they opened and they looked at us like we were nuts. Rather than “Good evening. We will be open in a few minutes and we look forward to welcoming you in shortly.” she just stared making the whole encounter so awkward and obnoxious. Then, the (I’m assuming) owner was so stressful in the ordering and “overseeing” process that we were literally exhausted by the time we left. Happy to be out of there. I’m sure it seemed worse than it was because it got warm in there and it had built up to the point of no return, but not a go to upper east side place. So sad that this is not another go to in the neighborhood.
Great food, great atmoshere. Highly recommend!
