Purchased 6 baked BBQ pork buns and 6 baked chicken buns. They each cost $2.35 Much to my disappointment BBQ pork bun was bland and had very little filling that had alot of fat chunks. The chicken bun was seasoned with too much pepper had a little more filling than the BBQ pork. Do not waste your money here. If you want a deliciously filled pork bun try going to San Francisco: Clement BBQ and Good Luck Dim Sum.
I didn’t try the hot food. But bakeries are very authentic and yummy.
Stick to the bakery. The fried stuff is tough The fried meat dumpling was super hard.
The sesame seed balls are thick and not much sweet red bean paste, but the taste is acceptable. The mango pudding is very sweet but the coconut pudding has the right amount of sugar…
I used go here all the time! I started going when I was in middle school, I think? I would always get their hotdog buns or normal buns, and man were they divine! Amazing atmosphere! I haven't been in a while but I need stop by again soon. I miss their hotdog buns!
Green tea egg tarts ftw!!
I love that they wrap each bao individually. Also, their matcha egg tarts are so good. Not too sweet with a hint of matcha.
