They're moving locations but we ate there for lunch before the move. I wouldn't get there right at open. Prep takes some time. The Ramen was great, hood broth lots of fresh ingredients. Loaded with good cuts of tender meat. I had the pork Ramen which was great. Service was friendly. Supposedly at night there can be a bit of a wait for food when it's busy so plan accordingly
Absolutely sucks that louies towne grill got pushed out by you guys!
Eh. We won’t be back. Service was good but food, not so much. I got the butter noodles and couldn’t even eat the chicken because it was so tough. They apologized for the disappointing food, but didn’t offer to make it right in anyway.
Tonight was the worst experience at a restaurant ever. Waited over 30 minutes for the appetizers, in which the waitress came to check on how our appetizer was BEFORE it came out. Then, when it was an hour after putting in our entrees, we decided to leave. We expected to pay for the two appetizers and soda; instead, we were charged for EVERYTHING (including the 4 entrees we never received). Cherry on top: tables that were seated after us, ate their ramen & left before we flagged down the waitress to leave.
Went in Friday at 12:15 for lunch. We were the only people in the restaurant. Service was fine, food was horrible. I couldn't get fried rice as they hadn't prepared it for they day. Throw some steamed rice on the flat top and spend 2 minutes to make it. The bowls are set and you can't build you own. You can modify the ones on the menu, you can add or remove anything you want for an additional charge. This place won't last. It's days are numbered. When you finally end up closing your doors know it was because you don't know how to treat customers and you have no one to blame but yourself for you failure. You will fail. Look around there is a restaurant on every corner. It's a shame this place had potential.
Service was good. Really was there for Tonkatsu Ramen, but they only have the OG Ramen. The broth is missing the deep pork bone flavor that we were looking for. Crispy pork belly was good & so as the add on pork katsu.
Food wasn’t worth $47 at all, ramen was alright but barely had enough broth to cover the noodles, steam buns were a soggy mess and the lid for the sauce melted and warped then spilled in the box making the buns even soggier on top of the steaming box they were in, tops were a little undercooked too and raw. Grandmas rolls are okay but nothing secret about Filipino lumpia rolls, they’re not the best but they were fried perfectly and the dipping sauce had a ton of flavor and spice, unlike the steam buns that had barely anything in it, the filling of the buns kinda reminded of hamburger helper but with a funny taste to it, overall definitely won’t be back. I’ll go buy frozen ramen for $10 from ALDIs and be more than pleased.
Amazing ramen bowls and fun atmosphere Love the brunch specials
First it was strangely quiet there for a Saturday night. They have a small arcade with free to play arcade games! Some classics like pac man, donkey Kong and a loaded cabinet as well. My service was excellent, I had crab Rangoons , the chicken ramen and jasmine tea. The flavor of the rangoon and the ramen were excellent. I'll definitely return to try some of the lovely sounding cocktails and the delicious food.
