All 9 cookies were days old. Not fresh as other Nestle cookies stores. Buy elsewhere. Didn't even offer me fresh cookies or a refund.
If you like cookies hard as stone, milkshakes with no ice cream, and food better off in a trash can than in your stomach... just throw that $20 in the trash.. that will still be better than this place.
Any cookie place that doesn't have oatmeal raisin as an option automatically loses a star. Like come on...
Using my husband's Google account to write this review. First off, let me say that this place has the worst customer service I've ever seen in a Nestle Toll House Cafe. Today I went to pick up a birthday cookie cake I ordered a couple of days ago, which was supposed to be ready by 11:00 AM, and surprise surprise, the employee did not even know there was a cake order for today at that time. He told me that the cake was not ready yet, and that it was going to take 30 minutes. I had to walk around the mall, and long story short, once I picked it up, the cake was missing the balloon design that I wanted. I brought this up to the employee, and she claimed that there was no balloon request in the order, but after talking to another employee and double checking the order, they realized they missed the balloons. She proceeded by saying "we don't have that here", even though I'm sure this is a lie because they're just balloon drawings and they were the ones that suggested I added them in the first place when I was first placing my order, and then offered to give me a discount. I just said I had already paid the cookie in advance, and all she said was "oh okay" and handed me the cookie cake (was expecting at least some free cookies...). I also want to point out this is not the first time they mess up my cookie cake, and the rude customer service has happened more than once, so no, this is not a single incident (I hoped it was, which is why I decided to give this place another chance). I would highly suggest you look for another place before even considering buying from this location.
Baked cookies and cake from Nestle Toll House. My customers loved it.
Went here and the staff was rude and on their phones. They said they could not place a scoop of ice cream on top of a brownie. The worker said it was against company policy. This is something have gotten here before but they refused to do it. I will never stop here again.
I bought this milk shake upside down , it was good with creamy texture blended in milk not in ice & cream top , i had this really good milk shake in US , most of the shakes i have had in US are nothing but just ice I felt so, but this was good enough,
Nestle Toll House counterperson: “What can I get you?” Husband: “Hi! We were wondering if your ice cream has egg in it?” Counterperson: “I dunno” Husband: “This little guy [gestures to our two year old son] has an egg allergy.” Counterperson: [blank stare] Husband: “Do you mind checking?” Counterperson: “I don’t know how to do that. I’m just an employee.” Husband: “There’s not a list of ingredients on the containers or anywhere in the store?” Counterperson: “I mean ... I’m just an employee. I don’t know” Me: “Okay. We need to go somewhere else.”
