Nespresso Boutique Miami

Very disappointed in what the store has devolved to. They no longer offer tastings of various coffees just one. Also staff is pretentious and cold. Nespresso is ok convenient coffee nothing special. Don’t think I will continue patronize this store.

Half of the photos are not of this location. Very misleading when you're not familiar with the location. Can't do a tasting without demoing Nespresso machines, which isn't advertised.

Una tienda verdaderamente linda, donde siempre te reciben con una sonrisa y te ofrecen desde probar un cafecito hasta ver toda la diversidad de maquinas que tienen. Gracias Paola por el asesoramiento con mis capsulas de cafe.

Awful cold brew (it's not really cold brew) but the people were courteous.

Nespresso boutique was a greaaat place for me as a coffee lover. Their wall was interesting and this also served as an amazing coffee place on way to south beach. It was a perfect day for an iced coffee

Rude staff, I took my time to return a recycling bag there at 11am when the store opened. The lead staff or manager held the door for other customers but not for me and the staff dare make comments about me.
