I bought a nespresso vertuo form $200 less than 2 years ago and have been having problems with it for the last year. Instead of replacing it nespresso kept troubleshooting it as a quick fix and today it completely stopped working and I was told I couldn’t get a replacement bc warranties only last one year and of course if you buy one you can’t buy an extended warranty. These are a total waste of money and I have $50 worth of pods I can’t return.

Katherine and her team are simply amazing! Totally different stories when Curtis is there and K is not. Curtis DOES NOT want to be here or DO ANYTHING. a snub...EVERYTIME. Star at customers and NOT saying Hello. Waited for 15+ minutes without a greetings from anyone. 2 people standing behind the registers. Finally Curtis comes out with water jug and whiny about Doesn't care and doesn't want to be there.
Every time I come here, I get to catch up with Katherine, and she is an absolute gem. I look forward to trying the seasonal flavor, but I mostly love catching up with her. We have had the rare chance to learn more about each other, and that's what I love about my experience here. It's why I stopped ordering online. I enjoy the small treat (cup of coffee) and the greatest pleasure, seeing a familiar face and catching up with my friend Katherine. K- thanks for being a kind and awesome person. I went into Nespresso today to do my bi-weekly refill. Today I was greeted by Maryilyn and she made my entire WEEK! She went above and beyond. I don't even need anymore coffee, but I plan to go back in there next time she is working because she made me so happy. It's strangers like her that make a difference.
