Unprofessional staff

I LOVE this Nektar store. All the staff are extremely friendly and focused on giving good service. I'm a regular at this store and it's really nice that they recognize me and greet me with my online order ready. Can't say enough about the quality of their products and the quality of the staff!

I’ve been a customer for over 5 years. I always get the acai bowl with granola on the side. First time at this location and they gave me half an acai bowl. I asked the staff who tried to gaslight me into thinking that this is “company protocol”. No wonder this Nekter has such low reviews! Disappointed! Go to the Nekter location in Oceanside which never scams me and has the friendliest staff.

This place can take my money. Healthy drinks and eats and makes you feel really good consuming it.

Good service and shake

Update: literally had the worst experience super embarrassing the girls treated me poorly and were laughing at me. Anyways the LITERAL ONLY REASON I will leave 5 stars I'd because Brenda works herd and is a superstar! She is so sweet and made it up to me after a terrible experience I had. You are lucky to have her ! I got the peanut butter chocolate smoothie and my friend got berry banana! I
