Ordered a bowl. Wait was long and decided during that time I wanted to eat somewhere else. I ask for a refund, the cashier calls over her manager to do it. He refunds me but purposely left out my change. I asked for receipt and he hesitated. Don’t understand why he would keep my 95 cents but it seemed like he didn’t want to do the refund at all. Won’t be coming back here due to his actions. If I don’t want the food that hasn’t even been made yet I don’t understand the issue and why I didn’t receive my full refund.
The peanut butter bowl I ordered was nice, but the service was quite bad. I ordered online and came to pick it up when it shows online that it should be ready. I told the young man cashier I’m here to pick up and he just said ok and ignored me. I waited another 20 min until the young woman finally took my order that’s been ready at the front refrigerator the whole time… Then the older man said I gotta give them the confirmation number as if it was my fault.
The smoothie I got tasted like water and bananas. There was no flavor at all. The employee told me it was the best smoothie also. I got screwed over.
I entered into the store. There was 3 employees. They all looked at me several times. No one ever greeted me. 1 person was juicing apples, 1 person making orders, lady in the back, I'm unsure what she was doing. But as I was standing there all 3 looked at me at some point and time and never acknowledged me. After 5 minute's I had to say EXCUSE ME, CAN I GET HELP, before someone assisted me.
Always love goin in there. Those guys are the best. They recognize me immediately and always greet me warmly. The food and quality is great too. Thanks Crocker Village.
