The avocado toast here is the best I’ve ever had and they use very good coffee beans. Vibe is laid back and the baristas were super friendly. Parking is a nightmare, lot is very small but it’s worth parking a block down and walking for.

It’s neat! It is not more or less. Neat coffee has good coffees, atmosphere, service and staffs.

They supposedly close at 4:00 p.m., but because of their open-air club in the back, they are horribly noisy neighbors. It's really bad if you don't like the entertainment, because it's on a loud speaker for the patio, because I have no option other than call the police.
