Absolutely horrible. Staff is rude and quality of food is garbage.
Terrible experience today with a rude and very slow cashier. The line was getting crazy and the food was stacking up at the register, but she was too busy chatting with (and slowing down) her coworkers to pay any attention to customers.
I asked for an açaí bowl with a little less açaí and a little more fruit. “No problem” said the nice lady. Very friendly. Different story when i arrived at the cashier. Airport food is expensive, completely understood. But the bowl was half full. I told the unfriendly cashier I had asked for more fruit and was told “YOU CAN’T DO THAT!” Well, the nice lady who took my order said “no problem.” “YOU HAVE FRUIT BUT NO COCONUT!” If Nature’s Table won’t allow it, that’s fine. But please don’t yell at me about having enough when the bowl is half full because they followed through on the “less açaí” part but not the other. Completely unprofessional, extremely rude and this is the 4th time I’ve had this experience with the same cashier lady.
Kind of disappointed in the amount of coconut in my Açaí Bowl. Just take it off the menu if I am to expect one tiny sliver of coconut.
Workers laugh when you ask about gluten free. Very messy looking, would not recommend.
Astonished at how rude the employees were - we wanted to buy a PREMADE yogurt and coffee and they refused. shutting the restaurant down at 9:30 am? Ridiculous service.
Horrible customer service
First of all Terrible experience. The food was booty, and the service of the “manager” or to be specific THE LADY WITH RED HAIR was terrible. Didn’t want to heat up my sandwich when I know they do, being lazy at her own job smh. Don’t recommend at all! ‘0 stars btw doesn’t let me put 0 star review’
Cashier is horrible and I guess many more people have the same review. Food was average.
