Today I purchased a two item combo of chicken tikka masala for $14. The quality of food was good but the value was rip off. They gave me a moderate serving of rice, a small side of eggplant but only two little pieces of chicken and when I told the clerk that they should include more chicken he said I could purchase a side of chicken. The clerk was rude too. I was trying to ask him some questions about the menu when I was ordering and he was rude and impatient and acted like he was annoyed. I will never go there again
The chicken curry is so bland and tasteless. It’s not even close to being tasty. I only like the garlic naan. Everything else was pretty basic. It's not even close to being authentic.
Update on tasted food- the paneer is bad. It's bad quality store bought paneer which feels like rubber and has no taste... But the other dishes are fine Loved the quantity and taste, for the price it is definitely worth it. The paneer makhani reminded me of being at an Indian wedding lol. I wish they would add flavors to the raita and increase the quantity. But overall it's great
The food was extremely greasy, he gave me a wrong rice, overpriced, very small portion, avoid this place.
If you are looking for a place to enjoy some delicious Indian food with a side of sass, look no further than Nataraj Tandoori. This restaurant is conveniently located on Quail Hill Pkwy in Irvine, where you can easily find parking and a table, since it is always empty. The cashier will greet you with a charming smile and a friendly attitude, as long as you don't ask any questions or expect any service. You will have to order and pay at the counter, but don't worry, the food will be ready in no time. You will be pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste of the food, which is the only reason why anyone would come here. The portions are generous, the spices are authentic, and the flavors are amazing. You will forget all about the rude cashier and the lack of ambiance, as you savor every bite of your meal. Just make sure you don't leave any tip, because they don't deserve it. Nataraj Tandoori is the perfect place to go if you want to treat yourself to some great food and some bad service. You will love it, or hate it, or both.
They reduced the quantity and increased the prices, taste is that great!! You can get unlimited Buffett for the same price!
It was good food. The center has very nice outdoor seating area with heaters.
Very good food and not bad for the price I recommend it if you like Indian food
