The best pumpkin ravioli ever!! Highly recommend it

Great ambiance and fantastic service. Got the shrimp scampi and the rigatoni carbonara with the mule flight. Our server was Ryan D. And he was fantastic, and was able to recommend dishes out of the 3 I was debating between.

We had a wonderful meal with Juan B as our waiter and Jose F as well. Food was hot, fast, and the cocktails were excellent!

Pizza was a hit with the whole family! Awesome drinks too even for non alcoholic drinks for the kids were on point!! Corey was a true serving Jedi making the whole experience at Naples a 5 star one!! The ambience and location in downtown Disney were very convenient, right next to the parks and our hotel so a no brainer for dinner after a long day in the parks with tired kiddos! Highly recommend! Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly but still keeping it classy for a date night.

Very disappointed with how expensive the overall experience was. Warning for others who are traveling and like to split meals (due to unable to save any leftovers or to budget), you might get a bit of attitude from your server and minimal needs taken off care of. We were seated pretty quickly with our reservation for lunch at 12 noon (we arrived about 10 minutes early). It wasn't a busy day, plenty of tables inside and people regularly being seated and leaving. It was a rainy day, too so no seating on the patio. Upon ordering we noticed immediately our waitress demeanor changed toward us when we ordered waters with lemon and a shared meal. We ordered 6 pc bread basket $6, a side Caesar salad $10, and Chicken Penne Pasta $26. The most budget friendly on the menu. Our host forgot to seat us with silverware and napkins, so we had to ask our food runner followed by our waitress for silverware to begin eating our salad dropped off. We would've liked pepper on our salad but no one ever offered or came by to offer (though we noticed other tables being offered). Our Penne, Chicken, Broccoli dish came out fairly quickly. Our server was kind enough to ask to not put hot pepper flakes on it for us. However, like the extra pepper for our salad, we were not offered extra Parmesan cheese on our Pasta like other tables. There was maybe 4 very small round dime sized pieces of chicken, maybe 6 very small tiny broccoli bits and 2 very small broccoli with stem, and a little over 1 cup of cooked penne pasta. Honestly, the salad for $10 and Chicken Penne for $26 was not the portion size we expected for as pricey as the dishes are. I don't know if it was intentional because we were sharing, but it was very disappointing for a $50 meal (hardly enough to share for two people) that did not include drinks since we stuck with water. Our waitress was efficient in filling our water for us, and kind enough to give us our Disney discount when we asked when paying for our meal. After our Disney trip, we went to a restaurant on the way home in our travels and for 2 full meals (enough for leftovers) for 2 people and 2 fountain/tea drinks we paid $26 total. Naples Italian Ristaronti is way over priced, the food and service was just okay, the food did come out fairly quick and was warm. That was at least good. But, the food itself was nothing special. This was a one and done experience and disappointment for us.

The food was wonderful, but the real star was the service. I have a disorder that makes me cold to the point of pain, and I wanted to get dinner here but the weather wasn’t what I expected and mistakenly left my jacket at home. We were sat, but I was going to need to leave because I was too cold, so I explained this to the waiter and they moved me right under a very powerful heating lamp. From there, John took care of us and tailored our every whim with concern and excellence. He was incredible. Thanks for a great experience Naples!
