The food was good but I have tried better ramen.
Late review—I was craving nigiris, specifically toro, so I came here since it’s close by. Got smoked salmon, blue fin and toro. $12.99/2 piece for Blue Fin - not worth it. They weren’t fresh, Toro was more lean, and not quite fatty, some of the nigiris I got were poorly assembled and deteriorated… just not worth it overall. 24hr fitness gym is above it so you maybe startled by qym equipment being slammed on the floor. I recently came from Japan and have been to a couple of other sushi places in SF since for nigiri. Unfortunately, quality could be much better. Staff was nice tho so 2 stars
Food was good and presentation was above average. Prices are a bit high for what it is. House Sake served was strikingly horrible, but they replaced it with something much better upon request. Overall service was polite and attentive. Ambiance was pleasant (however tables smelled funky, like washed with dirty rag). Might go back but will likely go somewhere else less expensive.
Been here many time. Always great. My toddler has fish allergies and they are always great with that. Going to a sushi place w fish allergies is no fun. We have not experienced an allergic reaction yet. The fish here always seems fresh. We love the happy hour!!! Kid-friendliness: Toddler has allergies and they are always careful.
Decent and good. Price was good. Food was okay. Got the bento box comes with a lot of variety but Salad was fine. Beef teriyaki was chewy. the chicken katsu felt undercooked. Overall good place for a quick bite or lunch break.
I ordered a takeaway small party tray for 2 which costed me $50. I think it's a fair deal for the amount of sushi you receive, and the taste is also great. The dining experience was also enjoyable, with friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere.
great place, food and friendly staff.
