Great menu, friendly wait staff. It is so unique with the outdoor patio with sand. Dog friendly which is a plus. Food is delicious.

I love, love, LOVE this gem tucked away in Channel Islands harbor. The patio has actual sand under your feet so it makes it an immersive beach side experience. Also-the service was very fast and super friendly! The breakfast was out of this world delicious. Couldn’t believe how awesomely big the portion sizes were! The bacon was absolute perfection. Looking forward to visiting again and enjoying another morning mimosa by the palm trees.

It use to be sooo delicious....not anymore. The chilaquiles and huevos rancheros taste awful. The green salsa it is from the cans not from scratch.

Food was great. My husband had the drizzle French toast and loved it. I had chilaquiles with the potatoes. They were nice and crispy.
