Echoing the same experiences as some of the other commenters, my encounters at Mrs. Fields as of late hasn't been that great. I've visited the stand four or five times. The prices do not match the quality of cookie. The cookies are not normally fresh and there isn't good customer service provided at this location. I'm not sure if it's company wide, but even with the titling for one of the packages "Baker's Dozen," we don't even get 13 cookies. Lol isn't that what a "Baker's Dozen" is? I asked the staff working and they told me no.
A huge shout out to Megan and her team! She went out of her way to make a very special high school graduate very happy with his cookie cake. On behalf of my family, thank you for giving us the very best Mrs. Fields experience. P.S. We made pazookies with our cookie cake and they were a huge hit.
I really love these cookies and the fact they brought back the milk chocolate with walnuts. Everytime I go when mgmt is there cookies are available and when she isn't the young staff hired wmake a limited amount of cookies or sometimes none of a certain flavor and there response is there were out.
Seeing Mrs. Fields at the mall today brought back many childhood memories. I'm seeing my family for The holiday weekend and thought I would surprise them with some nostalgic cookies. I ordered 2 dozen minis for nearly $20. When we got home and I went to put the cookies in a decorative tin I noticed more than half were broken. If you know they break so easily why put 2 dozen in one bag. For those prices why not a box or something that holds up better. I called and was told "there's nothing we can do about broken cookies" I am greatly disappointed by the quality of service and lack of empathy. Keep in mind these were a gift for my family and broken cookies (not just in half or a little literally in pieces and crumbs from weight of cookies piled on top) just weren't what I had hoped from such a beloved tradition.
ok when at first I found out they are opening Mrs. Fields at Arden mall I was so excited. I was there when they open, and I order lots of cookies every day because their cookies are soft, and amazing. recently customer service on that place dropped very badly. I gave them 13 visit recently and all of those visit were bad. the people that worked there do not put gloves on anymore in my last visit in front of my eyes she opened her bag and gave keys to her friend, brother or boy friend , and with same hand she gave me cookies. Also many time when I go there, no one is in store at all, and I found out that the cashier is having chat with her friends on next table, and when I asked can I order cookies she said we are closed. so Mrs. Fields at Arden fair mall close at 3:00 PM???? interesting at least tell the mall, so they can change your hours because that is not the first time that is happened. not sure if that place have manager, or anybody care. I gave them 13 chance before writing this review hopefully some one see it.
Drove from 20 minutes away only to arrive to the location at 7:57 PM to a closed sign. Asked the cashier who was counting the register what time does the location close and was told 8:00 PM. I stated it was only 7:57 PM and was told she closes 10 mins early (Meaning 7:50 PM) because of people who come at 7:57 PM and that way she is able to leave at exactly 8:00 PM. Being a General Manager myself this is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES! I would never turn away or allow any of my staff to turn away any of my customers before official closing time. Interestingly enough all the other surrounding businesses were still open. This was a huge waste of time and gas. Definitely a loss of me as a customer.
I’ve ordered from them several times, they’re always prepared and ready by pick up time. Always super tasty and great service.
