i have nothing bad to say about this place. the atmosphere is amazing, it’s very clean. they have all types of ice creams & boba teas and a lot of other things too. everything is very tasty and you will not regret coming here. it’s always an enjoyable experience coming to Mr.Cool

Ok. Order was incorrect, likely because they don't speak very good English. They only have 4 types of ice cream and everything else is done with flavoring. They have some interesting types of dishes/deserts but if you are looking for traditional scooped ice cream consider going elsewhere.

This is a great, small, family own place. A large and AMAZING selection of flavors for both ice cream and Bubba. Really recommend this place. And it feels great to also be supporting a local, family owned, small business in my community! Kid-friendliness: Yes, and the family children are friendly, helpfull and help as well Wheelchair accessibility: It's space is sparse and wheelchair friendly.

Tried a few items...all delicious

While the inside is extremely run down (we didn’t stay to eat)… the ice cream options were vast and the rolls are delicious!

No where in here do they have prices listed. 35 dollars for two ice creams and waffle sticks ,the sticks didn’t even come out with the ice cream so I didn’t even want them by them time they got out. With 35 dollars I will buy my ice cream at the store. Ah no thank you, maybe make your ice cream more affordable for the value and taste and the customer service as well
