The food was good. The services and the ambiance were awesome. They even made us another order (with no baccon, which I forgot to inform them earlier) without any complaints or extra charges. Great location and hospitality.
Food was way over priced, worst steak! Tough flavorless Filet mignon. Really disappointing! Service was all over the place. Wrong order came, correct order was promised and took forever to get. Never will I go back. Vegetarian options: I looked at meat
We really enjoyed the food here. Everything was very flavorful. The Peri Peri was a delicious and unique accompaniment Atmosphere and service were very good.
My family and I recently dined at Mozambique and I am disappointed to say that my experience was far from satisfactory. My family and I encountered several issues that significantly impacted the overall quality of our visit. Firstly, the service was slow and inattentive. It took an excessive amount of time for our orders to be taken, and even longer for the food to arrive. When we did receive our dishes, they were not hot, which further diminished the dining experience. The waitstaff seemed disinterested and unengaged, providing minimal interaction throughout the meal. This lack of attentiveness made it difficult to ask for assistance or request refills when needed. We kept asking for the manager and when she finally decided to come the manager displayed a complete lack of accommodation when it came to resolving issues. Instead of offering solutions or trying to make amends for the poor service, they simply brushed off our concerns and made excuses for the subpar experience. This unwillingness to take responsibility for their actions only added to our frustration and disappointment. In conclusion, my visit to Mozambique was slow service, disappointing food that majority of my family had to eat it cold because they were starving. These factors collectively contributed to an unsatisfactory dining experience that does not warrant a return visit or a recommendation to others.
RACIST and so disrespectful! Tatum is the new manager and is completely incompetent. After asking for a manager several times she finally came to our table and was extremely frazzled under the slightest situation. Our food was ice cold after waiting over an hour for it to come out. As we're speaking to her about it, she takes a phone call in the middle of our conversation. She proceeded to tell ius we've been there for over two hours and we needed to leave. We had already put in another order of drinks and she let us know she never put them in. On top of that, there were other tables that had been there before us and she never told them they had to leave. After we told her how rude this was and embarrassing, she decided to tell us that "we're an interesting group of people" mind you, we're the only BLACK table in the restaurant. I'm calling corporate today and will make sure everyone with me writes a review and gives a 1 star which they don't even deserve that! Needless to say we were extremely disappointed with the way we were handled. And will never return!
Valentine's Day! Excellent food. We had the Rib Eye and the Pork Chop. Lobster bisque and the wedge. Outstanding across the board. Service was a little slow but it was Valentine's Day so hey. It is busy. Servers were awesome.
