I don’t typically pass negativity to businesses, but my experience at this Moes was amongst the worst service I have ever experienced. Upon ordering, the man working portioned every single thing in my bowl to a quarter of a scoop. Yes. 1/4, as if I was ordering a kids taco. I mentioned to the boy it was unusual because customers are always given a full scoop of each food they choose. He proceeded to add another quarter scoop and then charged me for extra protein. I do understand paying for more than normal, but I was now paying extra for still less food than I should have been given. When I got to the register, I kindly told the man I was unhappy with this service. He offered to refund me, but did not know how to do it! After TWENTY minutes of him trying to figure it out, he called his manager and his manager said they would refund me in the future. I never, to this day, received it. On top of that, the food did not taste comparable to other moes.
Came in and there was only one gentleman in front of us. (There was only one person working at time). It took over 20 minutes to get 6 tacos. (Which were made incorrectly because the person working was obviously already checked out from working. Figured give them benefit of doubt maybe they were new, then we got chips that were soggy and the total was incorrect, over all experience was not good. Will also add the food portions has reduce dramatically and the prices have doubled in a short amount of time. The Service, food quality and overall appearance I would rate at a zero. Will definitely never be back to a Moe’s after this experience.
Says it's open until 10pm. It's not even open until 9pm. Nothing more infuriating than driving to a place to discover the information is inaccurate.

Moe's is going downhill. $35 for two burritos on what is "supposed" to be "Moe's Monday". Now they make your cold burrito and put it on a tray with cold chips and then tell you if you don't download "the app" so they can bombard you with text messages and emails, you DON'T GET THE MOE'S MONDAY DEAL. The place was empty on a Monday - these used to be FULL on mondays! obviously the company is going in the wrong direction. If they don't start doing something different it's gonna be out of business.
I have been there multiple times before. Noticable the food quality and the atmosphere is getting worse and worse. None of the food was fresh obviously old, I would see need a health inspection.
