Had to pay for parking bc lot was full and walk 3 miles to enter :( Parking: There was no valet available like in town Brookhaven but my car still got stolen

Moes puts 2oz of meat in a burrito bowl and expects an additional fee if people want a normal amount. The employees suck and under portion everything so they can make more money. Yeah I'm done with this place ripping me off.

Angie was by far the rudest person I’ve ever met. As soon as I walked in and asked if they had bowls *mind you she cut me off and slapped the bowl on the counter before I could even finish* I explained to her that I was talking about the fried bowls.. she continued to have a attitude and said she had a couple left and looked over in the corner as if I was supposed to know that.. this is my first time at this location but the way. She proceeded to make my order with an attitude. Huffing and puffing poor body language. I asked if I can have white rice she then says what’s your meat.. I told her chicken, I asked for light blacked beans she proceeded to put extra black beans on my order.. I then explained to her that she has a very bad attitude and I’ve taken 3 deep breath’s to refrain from getting frustrated she then proceeded to say well I am to. I said you are at work and you have HORRIBLE customer service. She then stormed off saying I don’t have time for this I’m going to get Brenda.. let’s just say this will be my first and last time at this location!!!!!

This store is always so clean and the staff so friendly. It's got to be the best location in Atlanta.

I went to this location and paid $16.63 for the bowl in the picture. I paid for extra meat and guacamole and it was still a very small portion for a man. The girl who rang me up walked off and didn’t offer me any salsa to go with the chips or a receipt. The guy that fixed the first part kept looking in my face smirking and repeatedly trying to make excessive eye contact to get a reaction. And he fixed the portions very small to get one also. I paid for the food and left and will never try Moe’s again. That food was trash and didn’t taste good. The attitudes were bad but I still just kept my peace and left. I wish I had read the reviews before coming here.

We ordered catering for our staff meeting and it was a great experience from the easy online ordering to pick up and even received a nice thank you text. The food was delicious and everyone enjoyed it. Moes also provides everything you need - plates, utensils, serving spoons. So easy!
