Moe's Original BBQ

Great looking place! You order your food at the counter and pick it up at another area. BBQ pork was way overcooked and mushy. Red vinegar sauce was like straight, colored vinegar. Baked beans were good. Cornbread was very small and had little flavor. Bit pricey. Good concept. May give it another chance.

I usually love any of these places but I was really disappointed by this one. It has to be the worst one I have eaten at. I won't be coming back to this location.

Just depends on what you order and who's cooking.

great service long overdue review

Wow! That's all this review should say, but I'll go into detail. We stopped by in the way to Huntsville for supper. My family got pulled pork, but I tried the deep fried fish. As I was walking to my seat, some BBQ sauce in bottles warming in a crock pot caught my eye. I got one. I've made a few good choices in my life, but the choice to get that BBQ sauce is definitely top 3. Wow! I told the owner (?) that it was the best I've ever had. He was kind enough to hook me up with some to bring home. The fish was awesome, but with that sauce it was divine! Ok...moving on. The banana pudding is awesome too. I still can't make out what I tasted in it. Kinda a hint of cinnamon, maybe. Very good. The atmosphere was awesome, service was awesome, food was some of the best I've had! Highly recommend!

Food was fair. Don't waste your time with the "mud pie", it is nothing more than chocolate mousse from a box. The chairs are all falling apart and you have to be careful not to slide back.
