They messed up my order with another person’s and were genuinely apologetic, but then they REALLY rushed to make mine because I said I needed to be somewhere soon, and I thought when they said they will put in the “hot” oven that it would cook faster. It was still raw, and on top of that it barely had any sauce or cheese. It was such a sad pizza, complete waste.
Editing my rating to a 1 because service continues to just decline. I'm sorry did I interrupt something? She clearly did not want to make my pizzas. At check out I asked her to scan my rewards code, "you can just put in your barcode from the receipt." I really just wanted to hurry out I felt so unwelcome. And they were NOT busy. There was only one other customer in the restaurant, it was 5:30pm. Really, your people so do not want to be there... The food is still just okay. Pizza on a matza cracker. Not worth having to deal with the bad service.
This place used to be good. I hadn't been there in a few years and the quality of the food isn't great. The crust is a super low hydration with barely any yeast. It cooks into a flat cracker. The sauce was extremely sweet and there was way too much. The cheese is essentially flavorless. Put it all together and get get bad pizzas you pay $10 for.
Maximum attitude from the cashier on the night shift. Both employees were using their phones on the floor in front of customers.
Good Food Good Service Good Music Good Mood Good MOD!
Very disappointed. My pizza was soggy and felt undercooked. Marco's definitely has better cauliflower crust pizza.
