Mochi Thai'm Donuts

My greatest compliment & appreciation for this place is how their Thai iced coffee tastes and how they've been 97% consistent with it each time I order it! No surprises. No having to wonder what variables I was supposed to change in my order to make it taste great "like that one time" (an experience I was frustrated by with Starbucks & Dunkin) Thank you! Please keep it up! My favorite donut flavor of all time was your Rose Lemon and I long for it every day That's kind of my only "complaint"... I miss that donut lol

My friend, husband, and I came here to get a snack for our movie night and I can definitely promise that we will be back! I don't know of any other place in the Springs that has mochi donuts and these donuts are AMAZING flavor wise! We also love how they change the flavors quite often! Also, the drinks are AMAZING as well! I HIGHLY recommend this place!!!

Very good!! Awesome experience. My son has a deadly wheat allergy and this place is completely wheat/gluten free. Talk about no stress!

Posting an update: Since my below review the management has reached out to thank me for my feedback and they have also upgraded their cups/seals/straws so I haven't had any more issues with leaks. Quality of both services, ambiance, and good/drinks are still as great as ever! --- original review below --- This is also a boba shop! One of my favorite weekly spots recently shut down due to owner family issues, so I was on the hunt for a new spot to relax and enjoy some tea (and donuts if they hit). In my Google searches for a boba shop this place never showed up! Luckily, my socialite husband struck up a conversation with a stranger one day and it somehow came up that we were trying to find a good boba place. “Voila!”. He recommended Mochi Thai'm Donuts! I've been there around 8 times now and have never been disappointed. Everything is fresh and it looks like it's all made right there. Obviously the donuts and various flavorings are... You can watch them make your donuts through the glass. It's a little harder to see all the action behind the scenes for the drinks, but my first try was a strawberry - mango fruit tea and it was delicious. It didn't taste like any artificial flavors had been added at all, and even had some strawberry bits floating around which tells you it's really fresh! They have different types of bobas and I get the impression they are cooked there too. I don't normally get the jellies but decided to try them in one of my drinks and was pleasantly surprised how well it complemented my drink. Every week I go in and they have a board with new flavors of drinks and donuts to try. Twice I got a leak in my cup (once at the seal at the top, and the second was an actual slit in the middle of the cup from it bending) so if anything I'd like to see them improve the quality/durability of their cups. The dining area is both chill and kid friendly. I've never noticed anything dirty so it's kept clean. There's always a slight smell of burning oil which is to be expected because of the fresh donuts they make, and it isn't enough to distract from the experience and taste. However, I'm still wary to fully relax on the couch or reading seat they've set up - or to use any of the playing cards or games they have available. It all looks used enough to make the sanitation questionable. I have to wonder if that space is being wasted now, especially in a post-COVID world where people are more hyper-aware of shared areas. It may be time to consider an upgrade. Overall I'm very happy with the consistent quality of both friendly service and delicious food/drinks and haven't found another boba shop that can compete in the Springs. I highly recommend anyone to go try it out. And hopefully the owner reads this and asks Google to update their search results to include then when someone searches for boba, milk tea, etc so that they can start getting more business and implement a few minor upgrades.
