The food was absolutely the highlight with beautifully smoked short rib and Birria tacos. The atmosphere was hip but very loud and the service was good but slow. Parking: Park in the neighborhood to the east.
I had a fantastic experience - the service, food, and cocktails were all fantastic! I really enjoyed the sangria!
I went to Mister Oso with a mixed group of friends, some who knew each other, some who didn't. The food and service was fine, but they served our meals on communal trays, which we didn't realize. When we asked where our tacos were, we were told "They're on this tray with your friends, who's mowing them down right now". Neither the friend nor we realized that they served both of our meals on the same tray, and we weren't sitting in a way that would have been convenient to share a tray. It was incredibly awkward because then our "friend" who we didn't know well, had to hand over a half eaten tray of food. They didn't mention that both meals were on this tray when it was served. Incredibly awkward and could have been easily avoided.
Delicious food and dessert, and service was great. Highly recommend! Update: did a take-out for the first time, and the portions seemed smaller with how expensive they were (each item was around $2 more than what’s listed on their menu)… We ordered the usual items, but we were still hungry afterwards
Absolutely amazing! Great nachos, birria tacos. The coconut rice and refried beans are soooo yummy! Our waitress was kind, quick and attentive despite how busy it was in there. Able to answer any questions we had about the menu. I've had worse food that cost more so definitely looking forward to returning!
