Mississippi Boy Catfish & Ribs is an absolute gem! As the organizers of a student-athlete event at Colorado State University (CSU), we were on the hunt for a catering service that could deliver quality, Southern home-cooked food. And they definitely exceeded our expectations! Ty not only accommodated our budget but went above and beyond to ensure our event was a hit. Despite the last-minute arrangements, they accommodated us by delivering mouthwatering food that had our student-athletes coming back for seconds (and thirds!). From the moment we contacted them, Ty was a pleasure to work with. His professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction was obvious from the start. And the food was absolutely amazing! They brought a taste of the South right here to CSU, and it was a hit. Thanks to Mississippi Boy Catfish & Ribs, our event was not just successful, but unforgettable. People are even asking for us to do another event! They truly made our day, and we're already planning to have their services for future events. Good Southern food, you don't find many places like this around Colorado. Not finished trying everything though because it all looks good. Great spot!!

This is a very beautiful and amazing atmosphere. The customer service was the utmost. Truly enjoyed the music while waiting for your food. Everyone was wonderful and nice.

I have seen this place scrolling looking for a good catfish spot and I decided to try it. And boy oh boy do I regret it. I called in my order and then when I arrived no one knew what I was talking about I reordered my food and take it home to find the most tasteless under seasoned water down food I have ever tried in my life. The Mac and cheese is a watery mess the greens are from a bag with big pieces of stem in them the catfish had no flavor and the shrimp was over breaded if at all possible save your money, time, and need to support a small business elsewhere because this food is not worth it.

Loved this place - cool ambiance, excellent shrimp and brisket, everyone was happy.

Went here for an early dinner and the food was pretty good. I got the chicken wings and fries and both were well seasoned and packed with flavor. My husband got the pulled pork sandwich which he said needed some seasoning, but was overall not bad. Prices are a bit high for my liking, but overall not a bad experience.
