Well I haven’t necessarily gone here myself but my dad got the cookies with jelly on display and omg I have been waiting to get them again

Go anywhere else for food. Great place to get ignored. Sandwich guy saw me waiting and took someone else's order. Thanks for wasting my time.

I was delighted when Milano opened snd have shopped here several times over the past few months. The prepared foods I’ve tried look much better than they taste, and customer service doesn’t seem to be a priority. Given the high prices, it’s hard to justify shopping here on a regular basis.

Disaster. Avoid this place. Rude employees and average food at best

Customer service without a smile... I walked in before 9:30 to buy cold cuts. I was directed to go to the deli counter where I saw one customer chatting with the deli guy. There were no other customers in the store. I stood there quietly, waiting my turn. The deli guy turned around, gave me a blank stare, didn't say hello or good morning then proceeded to ask his buddy if he wanted one or two sandwiches. I've lived in Bay Ridge since 1988 and always try to shop local. I've never received such a cold reception from any of the places I frequent. Will not be going back.
