Not a bad place to dine, lentil soup was good and nicely priced but the guava juice, arepas and empanadas were a bit too high, tasty and fresh but high on price.
Delicious! Such a wonderful food experience. We had Arepas, Seafood Tostones, an Empanada, and traditional Venezuelan breakfast. Great flavors! And the sauces are to die for. Also had plum juice and avena drinks which were yummy!
Vegetarian options: Empanada with black beans and cheese, empanada with veggies, fried yuccA...
Walked into the restaurant neither the old guy who was outside nor the old lady at the cashier register greeted us. The old lady was rude, didn’t acknowledge us as customers and when I asked about arepas she said “ahí está” I told her it was the first time I went there and she could be a little nicer and help me. Left and told her she was rude and the old guy started yelling at me telling me “respect us we’re seniors” when it’s clear they don’t respect others, and age is not a reason to be rude. It’s a shame I didn’t get to try their food, but there’s the nice Mexican restaurant next door, they greeted as good business do.
