Very good ice cream and coffee. Great place to stop and take a rest when you’re downtown walking. Small place, but cozy and comfortable. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended.
Great spot for good ice cream and people watching! Service quick... Friendly staff. My favorite ice cream shop!
A must stop every time I’m in Nashville. Even on a cold windy night at 930. Parking: 2nd street is currently under construction so it makes it a bit difficult to get to Mikes
We were recommended here by Corey from our tour guide trip for the hot chocolate and ice cream. We got the red velvet cake ice cream and hot chocolate. Definitely worth the treat and to stop by.
Very friendly and respectful crew on staff. Kid-friendliness: The staff will make sure the children are treated with a little more care and attention. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp into the establishment and enough room for a wheelchair to use the tables afforded to them.
Stay away from this place! The only thing the woman said was “Wow that was so nice of you guys” when I failed to leave her a tip. I don’t know why she expected anything when she didn’t say a word and didn’t smile or anything, but now I wish I could’ve tipped her less. Prices were real expensive, so I was already splurging and she was rotten, thus no tip. I rely on tips too but it is silly to be bitter about not being tipped when you angrily make two milkshakes. And if you are bitter, keep that to yourself. Anyways The entrance smells like piss. Ice cream was average. Never coming back.
The employee was incredibly rude and the ice cream was overpriced. Will not be returning and submitted a complaint on their website. I hope someone actually notes it.
Best ice cream place in Nashville, generous scoops for low bucks!
