The were rude they never brought my food and told me they came but they never did, very bad service, I won’t order anything from that place! And I didn’t like to go there cuz music it’s very loud and annoying

An hour ago I arrived with my family to eat, it turns out that they took our order and we waited an hour, more tables arrived and they took out those orders and when I went to the waitress in front of them who is a Dominican and a Salvadoran with dyed hair They tell me that it was their mistake not to print the order to the kitchen and they kept us waiting for an hour without saying anything. I am completely disappointed that after years of ordering delivery and tasting their delicious food they do this to us. What a horror that they have employees like that. Thank you, I hope the manager or the owner takes action on the matter.
