For a little bar in an airport, it’s pretty darn nice. And Adam, my server/bartender, was great. I wasn’t just impressed by his attentiveness and attitude towards me, but i saw him interact well with others. We had a great conversation While he still took care of others. It was a nice way to spend my time after a cancelled flight pushed my departure back considerably.

Excellent service with Jordan, an associate at the mercantile DIA. Jordan is always very kind, and professional, his service is the best at DIA. He is very polite, and he smiles when he sees me. The entrees are prepared by chefs, all very good. The mercantile at DIA is a plus addition , the best, none of the restaurants can compare to it. Thank you. M.S.

Wheelchair accessibility: Excellent for wheelchair service

My spare rib sandwich turned into a sponge with all the meat juices. Other than that; it was a good place to stop by. Friendly staff and thanks Connie for the your service.

Best airport dining experience we’ve had. Had a three hour layover at Denver, and our meal at mercantile was definitely a travel highlight worth sharing. We were warmly greeted by our server wilding, promptly seated, and pleasantly surprised that our pass membership earned us a hefty discount on our meal! Our server, Ally, helped us navigate the menu, and pointed us towards highlight options. She was honest, pleasant, and charming. Thanks for great guidance! My son and I had the bolognese pasta, and a Caesar salad with salmon fillet, and everything seasoning. Both were done beautifully, and were far superior to what one might expect, and an airport, on par with a nice bistro experience. Cucumber margarita was a highlight for me, and Pot de crème with fresh berries was also on point. In a sea of forgettable airport experiences, Mercantile stands out as one worth remembering.

Service was great, they’re working hard. Food was decent but kinda small on the portion size.

Fast breakfast of perfectly cooked scrambled eggs, bacon and toasty potatoes. Very friendly and attentive server.
