Should take out the tip option since your workers don't even have the ability to greet anyone on the way in and are busy talking to each other about social topics. Last, don't ever reply to a comment saying "sorry you feel this way" or correct people saying their poor experience is their fault. This is blaming your patrons for their interpretation of their experiences and not taking any responsibility and by reading your responses you seem to do this routinely in many ways. If you can't take constructive criticism and use it as opportunities to do better and thank people for their input, you should do something else. To potential patrons, just open your google maps and types in "frozen yogurt near me". There are better quality options in the area and shops more deserving of your business.

The products are all delicious. However you have no idea what you will be spending. There are no prices listed. The cashier knows nothing about how it’s priced. When asked she says she just pushes buttons. Read ingredients online on the website if you are concerned about how natural the product is.

Came to this location today and me and my family enjoyed it. Flavors were yummy and there’s tons of toppings you can add. The man at the register was polite. We will definitely be back.
Es muy rico pero los sabores no los cambian y el día de hoy nos atendieron pésimo nos quisieron cobrar 65 dolares por dos vasos!!! Y cuando reclamamos era solo 29 ! La mitad!! Tengan cuidado
