The yogurt was ok I’m not sure why the texture was like it was half melted and grainy. When you get to the toppings .. I have some concerns as far as it being sanitary.. everything was open and stuck together. I guess I’m use to Pink berry froyo and I had high expectation.

I went in yesterday to this location, and it was the most packed I have ever seen it. The one girl working was very friendly but you could tell she was overwhelmed. It wasn’t the cleanest and the frozen yogurt was inconsistent but you can tell they are short-staffed.

I can confirm that the complaints are definitely true at this location. Management needs to take note and do something. The store was filthy, multiple flavors were not frozen, store smelled like rotten milk, etc.

Dirty seats, tables, floors and countertops. Inconsistency in the yogurt. Both girls on their phones but they were friendly.

0 stars. Service has been rude by the owner several times. Last straw for me was when the ice creams were not frozen!!!! Go to Jenni’s Ice cream instead!

Great place for ice cream and in a plaza next to pizza shop.

Tried to visit on Sunday, March 27, for a friend's surprise birthday celebration. Checked online for hours to confirm they would be open... We showed up and lo and behold, CLOSED! Permit in the window indicated they've possibly been closed since October 2021 for renovations. Was severely upset to check Google again and see the business CONFIRMED their hours as 12-9 daily less than 2 weeks before our attempted visit, which was obviously not true -- the state of the store showed they couldn't have been open any time recently. Will not be patronizing this location even if they are ever actually open again.

Maps says it was open but when we got there it was closed☹

Second time I've visited (first was back in December) and the place was closed for renovation during "open hours". Still has not been updated on Google Maps.
